William Henry Carter JR, AKA Robert Wayne Conger
Age 61, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio.
He was born August 3, 1961 in Wilmington, OH.   A 1980 Wilmington High School Graduate, William was a US Navy Veteran.  He had delivered newspapers for the Wilmington News Journal.
Surviving are his sisters- Debbie (Randy Lotz) Carter, Cincinnati &  Krystal Dawn Pertuset of Peebles, OH; Brothers- Ricky Eugene Carter of Wilmington, OH,  David Earl Conger of Wilmington, OH; sister- Deanna Sue Brooks; lots of nieces & nephews and his caretaker- Michelle Medley.
William was preceded in death by his adoptive parents- Russell Leroy & Alva Mae (Lunsford) Conger, & his birth parents- William Henry & Evelyn Irene (Pollitt) Carter SR, 2 brothers & 1 sister.
Services will be held 1:00 PM, Monday, November 28 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry, Wilmington, with Pastor McCormick officiating.  Interment will follow in the New Antioch Cemetery, New Antioch, Ohio.
Friends will be received from 12 Noon to 1PM, Monday at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
