Obituary

  Ruth Esther (Runyon) Anders, 
age 84, of Wilmington, Ohio, went to be with her Lord and Savior late Saturday night,  May 21, 2022 at home with her daughter and grandson.  
She was born October 12, 1937 in Wilmington, OH, daughter of Clyde & Blanche (Tucker) Runyon.  On November 18, 1956 in Wilmington, she married Virgil E. "Andy" Anders, who passed on November 12, 2007.
A 1955 Adams Township High School Graduate, Ruth retired from the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
She was a member of Wilmington Church of God.  Her biggest passion was the love of family.  Her grandsons were the light of her life.
 
 Surviving are daughter, Teresa M. Fox of Wilmington; grandson, Kyler Fox; sisters- Donna (Larry) Garrison & Bert E. Reveal, both of Wilmington; and many in-laws, nieces, & nephews in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
In addition to her parents and husband, Ruth was preceded in death by her son- Junior Anders; 2 grandsons- A.J. &  Justin  Fox; brothers- Oren & Leroy Cline & Glen & Clyde Allen Runyon; and sisters- Wilma (Delbert) McCann, Hazel "Pudgie" (Roger) Michael, & Annie Mae (Benny) Wright.
Granting Ruth's request, private graveside services will be held 1:00 PM, June 3, 2022 at Sugar Grove Cemetery, 197 West Truesdell Street, Wilmington  with Chaplain Clair  officiating.
The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
