Frances R. Stanfield, (Fran)
Age 83, of Wilmington, Ohio, went home to rest with her Savior on Wednesday afternoon, June 22, 2022.
This beloved daughter, mother, aunt, friend, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed peacefully into his hands at Hospice of Cincinnati, Blue Ash. Fran was born July 4, 1938 in Wilmington, Ohio, daughter of the late William Francis & Mary Adeline (Tucker) Burnell. She is survived by her youngest sister, Donna F. Garrison. Siblings Charles Burnell and Mildred Wuertz proceeded her in death.

She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Social Sorority, where she took pride in riding in the community parades as Uncle Sam. She was also a member of The Order of Eastern Stars. Over her many years as an employee of Bob & Carl's Southridge and more recently Wilmington Kroger, She made many friends in the community. She had a great passion for helping others, especially senior citizens.

In addition to her sister, also surviving are her children- Sherry Dunn of Kansas, Ginger Cichy (Steven deceased) of Wilmington, Candy (Mike) Bailey, of Franklin and Eric (Angie) Garrison, of Maineville; grandchildren- William (Katelyn) Cichy, of Arkansas , Andrew Cichy, of IL, and Tony Huff, of Kentucky; great-grandchildren-Bentley, Kylinn, Annika, Marek, Milora & Madison.
In addition to her parents and siblings-  Fran was preceded in death by her first husband- James Dunn; and second husband- Harold Stanfield.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday June 25, 2022 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington   with Pastor Josh Fairchild officiating.  Interment will follow in the Clarksville Cemetery, Clarksville, Ohio.
