Betty Hamilton

Betty Jean Hamilton,
age 87, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Wednesday evening, April 17, 2019 at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital in Washington Court House, Ohio.
She was born November 20, 1931 in Wilmington, Ohio, daughter of the late Clyde Eskire & Grace (Barney) Storer.  On September 5, 1953, she married Ronald C. Hamilton, who passed away on January 7, 2007.

Betty had worked as a Sheriff's Deputy for the Clinton County Sheriffs Department and then worked for Airborne Express.

Surviving are her children-Roger (Marlene Valentine) Hamilton, Wilmington, Carolyn (Dennest) Thompson, Sun City, AZ, Debbie Roberts, Lakeland, FL, Mabel (Arthur) Sage, Arlington, TX, Beverly (Michael) Davis, Wilmington and Connie (Lester) Kunkel, Wilmington; grandchildren- Christina (James) Huff, Jamestown, David (Traya) McIntosh JR, Clarksville, Gregory (Helen) Roberts II, Franklin, Heather (Mark) Cunningham, Cincinnati, Ronnie Joe McIntosh, Wilmington, Lindsey (Bradlee) West, Wilmington, Joshua (Heather) Roberts, Xenia, Kathleen (Ken) Kolchier, Manor, TX, Sara (Joshua) Hughes, Sabina, & Bradley Moore, Port St. Lucie, FL; 7 step-grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 16 step-great-grandchildren and several special nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Betty was preceded in death by her daughter- Rhonda Jean Hamilton; sister- Mildred Cox, brothers- Maynard, Richard, & Robert Storer; daughter-in-law- Patricia Hamilton; & son-in-law- Gregory Roberts SR.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Monday, April 22, 2019 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home,  97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington with Rev. Michael Holloran officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington.
Friends will be received from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, on Monday, April 22, 2019 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
