Terry "Butch" Riley

Terry "Butch" Riley, age 75, of Martinsville, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at home surrounded by family in Martinsville, OH.

He was born January 16, 1951 in Greenfield, OH.

Butch was a U.S. Navy Veteran having served in Vietnam and he was a semi truck driver for R & L Trucking for 20 years.

Surviving is his wife, Brenda (Tadlock) Riley of Martinsville, daughter, Le Lynn Farrow of TN, daughter, Shawna (Michael) Smalley of Peebles, son, Michael (Melanie) Rayburn of Peebles, daughter, Brenda (Tim) Lester of Greenfield, sister, Debbie Stone of Farmers Station, sister, Sandy Lapping of Columbus, sister, Sharon McCullen of Urbana, several Grandchildren, Great grandchildren, nieces & nephews,, very important special nephew, Little Dale Wallace, Brother, Rich (Tracey) Tadlock of Lebanon, Brother, Robert "Bobby" (Michelle) Tadlock of Wilmington, sister, Jeanie Walker of Leesburg, and Brother, Jeff Tadlock of Farmers Station.

Terry was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Smith Harris, sister, Diane Thomas, 4 Brothers, Dean Riley, Larry Riley, David Harris and Meddy Harris.

Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 1:00 pm with Michael Rayburn and Tim Lester officiating. Interment will follow in the Martinsville I.O.O.F. Cemetery where the Wilmington American Legion Honnor Guard will conduct full military honors.

Friends will be received at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home Thursday, July 9, 2026 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
