Tag Edward Williams Jr., age 26, of Blanchester, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
He was born August 17, 1999 in Wilmington, Ohio, son of Tag Edward Williams Sr. and Sandra Dee (Fredericks) Confer.
Tag was a very talented musician and artist. He enjoyed the outdoors, where his love of nature, survival skills, and adventurous spirit allowed him to connect deeply with the world around him. He had such a vast knowledge, he seemed to know a little about everything and could hold a conversation on nearly any subject. If something was broken, chances are he could fix it. He loved figuring out how things worked and could spend hours tinkering with just about anything. While he often showed the world a tough shell, those closest to him knew that he was soft hearted, full of compassion, loyalty, and love. Tag had such a serene way of thinking about life and how all things and people are connected. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
Surviving are his mother, Sandy(Jim) Confer; father, Tag (Maricarr) Williams Sr.; 4 sisters: April Williams, Jacqueline (Emily) Bogart, Charity (Joel) Rivera, and Candace (Cameron) Deeter; bonus brother, Zach (Shae) Confer; fiancée, Jenna Shelton; daughter, Melody Mullett; maternal grandparents: Pam (Kevin) King; paternal grandmother, Vicki Williams; special aunt, Janet Vore; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
