Steven Gilbert,

age 59, of Clarksville, Ohio, passed away December 21, 2025 at the Clinton Regional Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio.

He was born May 2, 1966 in Wilmington, son of the late Wilson & Betty Ann (Rooks) Gilbert.

Steve was a 1985 Clinton-Massie High School graduate and had worked at the SugarCreek Packing Co in Washington Courthouse, Ohio.

Surviving are his daughter- Stevie (Michael) Rice of Blanchester, OH; his sisters- Joyce Toppen of Wilmington, Brenda (Steve) Baker of Clarksville, & Victoria (Troy) Roak of Chesapeake, VA,; his brothers-Michael Glibert of Clarksville, & Ronald Gilbert of Blanchester; and his sister-in-law- Pat Gilbert of Blanchester.

In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his brother- David Gilbert.

Interment will be in the Morrow Cemetery, Morrow, Ohio at the family's convenience. The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
