Shirley Young

Shirley Ruth (Stewart) Young,
Age 62, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Saturday afternoon, February 17, 2018 at the Heartland of Beavercreek Nursing Home in Beavercreek, Ohio.

She  was born May 14, 1955  in Wilmington, Ohio daughter of the late Denver & Zelma Lena (Spencer) Stewart.  On September 5, 2009 in Deer Creek, Ohio, she married Robert Young, who survives.

A 1973 Wilmington High School Graduate, Shirley had  worked for Kurz Kasch in Wilmington for 30 years and most recently as a title clerk for Bush Leasing in Mason for over 10 years and was a member of the Jehovah's Witness of Kettering.
In addition to her husband other surviving family members are her children- Jason (Amanda) Stewart, Lexington, KY, Shannon Morris, Wilmington, and Robert Morris, Beavercreek; three grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers- Ronald (Mary) Stewart, Wilmington, Larry (Patty) Stewart, Dayton, & Lonnie (Paulette) Stewart, Wilmington; and a sister- Sharon Kay (Audie) Fallis, Jamestown.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her brother- Richard Stewart.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at the Clinton Memory Gardens, Center Road, Wilmington, Ohio, with Mr. Lonnie Stewart officiating.
Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington has been entrusted with the arrangements.
