Robin Lansing Smalley

Robin Lansing Smalley, age 58, of Lynchburg, Ohio, passed away on Friday morning, October 3, 2025 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati.

She was born July 27, 1967 in Chillicothe, Ohio, daughter of the late Orville Eugene Lansing and Barbara Ellen (Goodwin) Rumpke. On September 3, 1991 she was united into marriage to James Smalley, who survives.

Robin graduated from Lindsey Wilson College with a Masters Degree and was a licensed professional counselor for 9 years. She had a strong faith and trusted God throughout her life.

In addition to her husband, other surviving family members are her three sisters: Sarah Lansing, sister, Lillian Frank, and Willda (Matt) Rider; brother, Scott (Krissy) Rumpke; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Robin was preceded in death by her father, Orville Lansing and mother, Barbara Rumpke.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
