Roberta Ann Brannon

  Roberta Ann Brannon, 
age 59, of Reesville, Ohio,  passed away late Sunday night, September 3, 2023 at the James Cancer Research Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  
 
 She was born March 29, 1964 in Providence, Rhode Island, daughter of  the late Gerald William & Margaret Elise (Smith) Scoggin.  On August 21, 1989 in Sabina, Ohio, she married John Scott Brannon, who survives.
Roberta was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Wilmington,  and had been active in 4-H, the Clinton County Special Olympics and the Highland County Horse Council.  Her life's work of 20 + years was serving individuals with special needs.
In addition to her husband of 34 years, other surviving family members are her children- Keith (Helena) Duffey, Sabina, Jason (Sarah) Held, Columbus, Danielle Brannon, Hillsboro, David (Mary) Brannon, Columbus, Christina (Ronnie) McGraw, Blanchester, & Anthony (Christine) Brannon, Sabina; her grandchildren- Kaelyn Held, Austin Duffey, Jakob Duffey, Kaleb Tabor, Evie Jo Tabor, Gavin Duffey, Christian Brannon, Ava McGraw, Bryleigh Brannon, Elijah McGraw, & Nicholas Gray; a great-grandson- Zack Duffey; sister- Sarah (Edgar) Tuttle, Daegu, South Korea; brothers- Gerald W. Scoggin JR, Columbus, Andrew J. (Elizabeth) Scoggin, Boise, ID, Marc (Sabrina) Scoggin, Grove City, Ohio; honorary sister- Lisa Levan; and many nieces & nephews.
Funeral Services will be held 10 AM, Saturday, September 9, 2023 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2415 Wayne Road,  Wilmington, Ohio   45177 with  Bishop Mike Millard officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington.
Friends will be received at the church on Saturday from 9-10 AM.  The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
