Richard Lee Jones,
age 61, of Port William, Ohio, passed away suddenly, Tuesday morning, March 28, 2017 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio.
He was born September 5, 1955 in Wilmington, Ohio son of the late Bernard Lee Jones and Alberta Garrison Jones, who survives in Xenia.
A 1973 Graduate of Wilmington High School, Richard retired as a trucker with Sewell Trucking.
In addition to his mother, other surviving family members are his wife- Rose (Clark) Shoemaker-Jones; sister- Julia Hargadon of Xenia, OH; step-daughter- Tina Edwards, Port William; step-son- Mike Shoemaker, Hillsboro; and 4 grandchildren.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the Clinton County Memory Gardens, Center Road, Wilmington. The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
