Richard  DeBord,
age 72, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away, late Saturday night, March 11, 2023 at the Wilmington Nursing & Rehab Center in Wilmington.
He was born February 21, 1951 along with his twin, Lee,  in Wilmington, son of the late John Isaac & Faith (Gray) DeBord.
Richard worked as a Construction Worker and had also worked at the Wilmington Air Park.  He had a great joy and love of fishing.
Surviving are a brother- Robert DeBord of New Vienna, OH; his twin brother- Lee (Mary) DeBord of Wilmington; sisters- Judy (Frank) Conley of Ashland, KY, & Betty DeBord of Wilmington; and  several nieces & nephews.
In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by brothers- John, Jim, Philip, & Kenny DeBord.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, March 17, 2023 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington.  Interment will follow in the Clinton County Memory Gardens, Wilmington.
Friends will be received from 12:00 Noon until the time of services at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
