Randy Lynn Henson

Randy Lynn Henson, age 69, of Greenfield, Ohio, passed away early Thursday morning, May 8, 2025 at his home.

He was born July 7, 1955 in Washington Court House, Ohio, son of Emril Clifton Henson and Helen Jean (Patterson) Henson.

Randy had a gentle, loving spirit and was known for his constant smile, which could light up any room. He was often seen clapping his hands with joy, a simple gesture that reflected his cheerful nature and infectious happiness.

Surviving are his brother, Michael A Henson of Ft. Meyers, FL; sister, Lisa D. (Scott) Griffin of Amanda, OH; and his dear friends and caretakers at Rescare, Highco, and his current family at Empowering People.

Randy was preceded in death by father and step-mother: E. Cliff and Flossie Eileen Henson; mother, Helen Jean Patterson, and a brother, Timothy B. Henson.

Friends will be received at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, 138 E. Main St. Hillsboro, on Monday, May 12, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 PM. Graveside Services will be held immediately following the visitation at Hillsboro Cemetery.
