Norma Jean Harner

Norma Jean Harner, age 95, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026 in London, Kentucky. She was born on April 17, 1931 in Wilmington, Ohio to the late Eldon B and Bertha M. Bailey.

Norma worked as an RN with the Ohio Department of Health for several years serving families in Green and Montgomery County. In 1996, Norma retired to Kentucky to be with her family.

Norma is survived by her 2 daughters, Lisa (Leonard) Adelman and Susan (James) Sparks; her 4 grandchildren, Amanda Sweet, Rachel (Shane) Bowling, David Adelman and Lauren Adelman; her 3 great-grandchildren, Blaine, Haley and Carley; 1 great-great-granddaughter, Stevie and her brother, Charles (Carol) Bailey.

Norma will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 in Miami-Corwin Cemetery, 6379 Corwin Ave, Waynesville, OH 45068.
