Judy C. Russell, age 83, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2026. She was born November 22, 1942 in Menifee County, KY.
Judy loved traveling, going to the ocean, and spending time in her hometown. When visiting her hometown, she enjoyed sightseeing and spending time with her family and friends. She was a librarian for many years in Needville, TX and worked at different libraries during her travels. One of her favorite places she went was Saipan where she opened a library.
Judy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Per Judy's wishes, no services will be held at this time.
