John Lloyd Porter, 74, of Wilmington, OH, died Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at his home in Wilmington, OH.
He was born September 23, 1941 in Louisville, KY, son of the late Lloyd Porter and Mary Setser Porter Darlington.
John worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Manager for Airborne Express.
He was devoted to his family and loved music and photography.
Surviving are four daughters, Erica Johnson, Noel Porter, both of Wilmington, Jonnine Porter of Weston, FL, and Kimberly Porter of Hollywood, FL, and four grandchildren, Allison, Jasmine, Tre, and Christopher.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by wife, Gloria Jean Calafiore Porter, a son, Tony Porter, and a brother, Wayne Porter.
Memorial services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Friday, August 5, 2016 at 7:00 pm.
