John G Payne

  John G.  Payne, 
Age 74, of Hillsboro, Ohio, went to meet his Savior, late Thursday afternoon, May 18, 2023 surrounded by his family.
He was born September 14, 1948 in Bradenton, Florida, son of  the late John Edwin & Eula Mae (Glenn) Payne.  On November 24, 1973, in Cincinnati, he married Kita Susanne (Brown) Payne, who survives.
 John had an enjoyable career owning and operating his own landscaping company for many years.  He was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia, where he loved serving the Lord.
 In addition to his wife, other surviving family members are his siblings-in-law- Sandy Brown, Steve (Melissa) Brown, & Patty (Butch) Ramsey, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great great-nephews, aunts, & cousins, all of whom he loved dearly.
Celebration of Life Services will be held Sunday afternoon, June 11, 2023 at the Northview Baptist Church, 1139 Northview Drive, Hillsboro, Ohio with the Pastor Chuck Rowan, of Cumming, Georgia, officiating.  The Family will greet friends immediately following the service.  Private Graveside Services in the Hillsboro Cemetery, Hillsboro, Ohio will be held at the convenience of the family. The Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
