Janice Faye Price,

Age 80, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away Thursday morning, August 14, 2025 at Acute Care of Hillsboro.  She was born April 16, 1945 in Manchester, Kentucky, daughter of the late Tolman & Naomi (Martin) Mills Sr.  Janice retired from Candlelite Manufacturing in Leesburg. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie #1161. She graduated from Madison Hills High School and attended Sue Bennette College and Southern State College.

Surviving are her sons- Daniel (Shannon) Price of Mowrytown, OH, & Chad (Brandy) Price, Hillsboro; Grandchildren- Todd, Amber, Sarah, Cody, Dakota, Destiny, Hailey, Savannah, Christian, & Avriana; great-grandchildren- Vada & Stephen; & brothers- Dwight "Ike" (Melissa) Mills, Larry Mills; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her daughter- Angie Gray; & brothers- Tolman Mills, Jr., Harold Wayne Mills, & Johnny Mills.

Private family remembrances will be held at a later date.
