James Lee Frank,
age 92, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Thursday night, July 4, 2024 at the Ohio Living Cape May Community in Wilmington.
He was born February 25, 1932 in New Castle, PA, son of the late Lester Lee & Nellie (Hope) Frank. He married Norma Lou (Arndt) Frank, who passed on January 2, 2002.
A member of the First Christian Church - Disciples of Christ, Wilmington, Wilmington Elks Lodge # 797, where he enjoyed playing golf and the Wilmington American Legion Post #49, where he participated with the Honor Guard. He was a United States Air Force Veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict. Jim retired from Ferno Washington Manufacturing in Wilmington after many years of service.
Surviving are son- James M. (Christine) Frank; daughter- Deedra (Kevin Nash) Hammond; and granddaughters-Cheyenne & Jessica Nash.
In addition to his parents and wife, James was preceded in death by his grandsons- James R. Frank & Christopher Ryan Frank.
Memorial Services are pending at the First Christian Church-Disciples of Christ, 120 Columbus St, Wilmington with Pastor Connor Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio, where the Wilmington American Legion Post #49 will accord full military honors.
The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington has been entrusted with the arrangements.
