James Richard Anthony,

age 84, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away on Monday evening, September 15, 2025 at the Ohio State University East Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born February 18, 1941 in Syracuse, New York, son of the late John Joseph & Angeline Theresa (Noce) Anthony.

Mr. Anthony retired as a Executive Administrator for Cincinnati Public Schools.

Surviving are his beloved wife of over 60 years- Janet Arlene Anthony of Wilmington; sons- Michael James (Mindy) Anthony of Manhattan, NY & David Richard Anthony of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren- Gabrielle, Colette, & Adeline;and brother- Paul Edward (Jan) Anthony of Memphis, NY.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Anthony was preceded in death by his sister- Patricia Ann King.
