Edward A. "Ed" Kier

Edward A. "Ed" Kier, age 85, of Goshen, Ohio, passed away on Sunday afternoon, December 7, 2025 at Hospice of Cincinnati in Blue Ash.

He was born February 5, 1940 in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of the late Loren and Olive (Winkle) Kier. On December 15, 1989 he was united into marriage to Patricia (Scott) Kier.

Ed was a police officer for many years and a mechanic where he had joint ownership with his brother Bill, of a Tresler-Comet gas station in Mt. Lookout and B & E Auto Sales in Goshen. He was also a United States Navy Veteran.

Surviving are his loving wife, Patricia Kier; 3 step-children: Anthony Morgan, Tina Morgan, and Rodney Morgan; several step-grandchildren; niece, Victoria (David Bucchi) Kier; great-nephew, Will Bucchi; and many cousins.

In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by his brother, William Douglas Kier; and a step-son, Randy Morgan.

Private Interment will follow in the Mowrystown Cemetery, Mowrystown, Ohio.
