He was born September 17, 1969 in Wilmington, OH, son of Edgar D. Randolph and Lucy Neace Bell.
Surviving are mother, Lucy Bell of Wilmington, OH, Brother, Ron Lamb, Brother, Richard Lamb of Wilmington, OH, sister, Marsha Shaw, daughter, Sammy (Scott) Froning.
No visitation is scheduled at this time. The family will celebrate Eddie's life at a later date.
