He was born August 22, 1943 in Jellico, TN, son of the late Ancil Daniel Blevins and Flossie Anderson Blevins.
He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.
Surviving are four daughters, Theresa (Jad) Mhanna, Dawn Blevins, Jenny Blevins, Megan Terry, one son, Doug Blevins, a brother, Danny Blevins, 12 Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Grandson.
In addition to his parents, Dudley was preceded in death a sister, Louise Monroe Rhinhart, and a brother, Tommy Blevins.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. No visitation is scheduled.
The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, is serving the family.
