Damien Reece Baker,
was born on Sunday evening, May 20, 2018 and passed away later the same day at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
He is survived by his mother, Tabitha L. Baker; grandmother, Susan Baker; great grandmother, Anna Baker; grandfather, Brian K. (Tonya) George; aunt, Jessica M. Allen; cousins: Sasha and Victor, and several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Damien was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Robert F. Baker.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM, Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, 73 North Mulberry Street with Fr. James Wedig officiating. Interment will follow in the New Antioch Cemetery.
