Cynthia A Leighly

Cynthia Leighly,

age 64, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away on Thursday morning, August 7, 2025 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.

She was born June 17, 1961 in Wilmington, daughter of the late Paul Akers and Joan (Taylor) Akers, of Wilmington. Cindy was a 1979 Graduate of Wilmington High School.

In addition to her mother, other surviving family are her brother- Dan (Linda) Akers, of Leesburg; grandson- Christopher Leighly; niece- Brittany Akers; nephew- Kyle Akers; great-niece- Slate Akers; great-nephews- Noah Worley & Colton Estle, who affectionately called her GG.  In addition to her father, Cindy was preceded in death by her husband- Timothy Lee Leighly & sons- Phillip Lee & Alan Leighly.
