Obituary:

Clifford Joseph Holthaus, Jr.
Age 97, of Port William, Ohio, passed away Sunday night, June 26, 2011 at his residence surrounded by his loving wife and family in Port William, OH.


He was born January 14, 1914 in Cincinnati, OH, son of the late Clifford Joseph & Mary (Emsicke) Holthaus Sr.

A US Army WW II Veteran, Clifford had worked as a Auto Body Repairman. He loved all sports, playing games, and anything to do outdoors.


Surviving are his wife- Roberta J. (Burden) Holthaus; 3 Daughters- Bonnie Sue (Jim) Williams of Buford, OH, Kathy Jo (Arthur) Macke of Port William, OH, & Tina (Greg Carey) Foster of Sabina, OH; Thirteen Grandchildren, Many Great-Grandchildren, and Great-Great-Grandchildren, and a number of Nieces & Nephews.


In addition to his parents, Cliff was preceded in death by First Wife- Mary Cade Holthaus, Step-Son-Robert White, a sister and a brother.


Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, June 30 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington, with Rev. Dow Tippet officiating. Interment will follow in the New Vienna I.O.O. F. Cemetery, New Vienna, OH.


Friends will be received from 11 AM until 1 PM at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, OH on Thursday, June 30, 2011.
