Alma Sword, age 92, of Wilmington, OH, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the Wilmington Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born December 10, 1925 in Wilmington, OH, daughter of the late Abraham and Sarah Moore Ferris
Alma was a member of Villars Chapel and the Blanchester Senior Center.
Surviving is her daughter, Sherry (Sherman) Storer of Clarksville, granddaughter, Dana (Joe) Siler of Blanchester, grandson, Darren (Stephanie) Rienhart of Waynesville, great-Grandchildren, Nora, Ethan, & Maggie Rienhart, and great-Grandchildren, Emily & Lydia Siler, as well as several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, Alma was preceded in death by her first husband, Leroy Barnes; second husband, Leonard Sword; 1 brothers & 6 sisters.
Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 11:00 am with Rev. James Weible officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, OH.
Friends will be received at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, Wednesday, December 13, 2017, 10:00 am - 11:00 am.
