Alice Fay Daugherty

Alice Fay Daugherty, age 75, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday morning, May 13, 2026 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

She was born July 8, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Granville Carver and Rosie (Goble) Carver.

Fay was a devoted mother and grandmother, that loved to take care of her grandchildren. She also enjoyed playing bingo.

Surviving are her 2 sons,: Danny (Lora) Gillman of Hillsboro and Clarence Gillman of Monroe, NC; daughter-in-law, Kimberly Gillman; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 5 siblings: Viv Williams, Tammy Carver, Krystal Pryor, George Carver, and Virgil Carver; many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her son, Robert Gillman Jr.; sister, Karen Whaley; 2 brothers, David Carver and Christopher Carver.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
