age 65, of Wilmington, passed away Friday, June 8, 2012 suddenly at home. He was born May 13, 1947 in Wilmington. Jack was a Vietnam War Era US Army Veteran. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Edwardsville Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Jack's memory may be directed to the Angel Fund at Country View Pet Hospital, 6609 St Rte 73 West, Wilmington, OHio 45177.

I''m praying for Jack''s family. I know you have all been through alot with Jack. He was special to me in our high school years. We enjoyed watching him play football. He will no longer have to suffer any mental anguish and I hope he is resting in piece now.

I'm so sorry to hear of Jack's passing.
I lived across the street on South St when we were young and have only kind and happy memories of being with Jack and the family.

Jack was such a great guy in high school. I have such fond memories of him and all the family. He was a close friend of ours especially my brother, Ted. They were football buddies. I am so sorry for your loss and I hope that he is at peace. With deepest sympathy to you.
