To my cousins and their families. So sorry to hear of
Aunt Barbara's passing. I will also remember her hearty laugh and her wide smile. I can now think of her cheering on her favorites team(s) alongside her most handsome husband, Uncle Wally. Love to all of you. Lynn and family

Dearest Rick, Debbie, and Linda

After so many years, I can still picture Barb walking from your home on Richardson Place, to her "other home" at the Junior High School. So many happy memories of the "old days".....

My sympathy and prayers are with you.

With love, Joycelyn

Rick, Linda, Debbie,
So sorry to hear of your mom's passing, but what comfort God provides in knowing that she dwells in heaven with no illness, no sorrow; only joy & happiness. I'm certain she & your Dad have already been walking down a beautiful fairway together holding hands & laughing. Also know that they are awfully proud of you guys; as you each were such a wonderful part of making their lives on earth a blessing beyond measure. May the Lord give you peace.
Our sincerest thoughts & prayers,
Tim & Tonya

To Barb's Family,

Barb was a very special person whom my Father, Bill Wolfe and I got to know through my Aunt, Ruth Ellen Rudduck. We enjoyed the many yard sales that we had together at Aunt Ruth Ellen's and my parent's home. She was a very caring person and a special friend to my Aunt. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I can remember when Barbara (and her sister) Martha would entertain the younger kids of the family by singing and dancing the High School football cheers. Especially "Turkey in the Straw" which Barbara taught Lorren and Kara to preform when watching UC or the Bengals on TV.
I also remember the peculiar oders that filled the house when they remover body hair and did their own permanents.
When Wally was overseas during WWII Barbara went to work in a war factory, which had been the Baldwin Piano Co., making airplane parts. Barbara had to learn the types of wood she would be working with and how they were used on her job. Barbara lived with her family at this time and I would quiz her about this information as she would brush her long dark hair. One Hundred Strokes on all sides.
I can remember being at a local movie theater watching one of the special movies made for the war effort. It was like a USO show with many performers. This dead-panned female singer was singing when I heard this distinctive laugh in the audiance. I realized it was my sister Barbara. The more she laughed the lower I slunked in my chair. I knew everyone knew it was my sister and I did not want them to know I was there. I do believe Linda inherited this identifying laugh.
I will miss you Barbara but never forget you..Bets
